Mike made me a customer for life. I went to the company website to set up an appointment to flush out my water heater. It was a really easy process to set up the appointment. The company was able to fit me into the schedule the next business day. Mike went through all of the steps to flush out the water heater and explained along the way. He gave me some insight on my specific water heater unit and told me signs to look out for. As a new homeowner, I could have asked for better person.

Norblom service was timely, professional, efficient. Great communication. Couldn't ask for more or better.

Rich did a fantastic job of reparing an old, corroded tub which was in need of repair. He updated piping and installed new fixtures for the shower and tub. He was kind, knowledgable, polite, and offered several options. We will be looking to go with Norblom again in the future!
